Encoders cannot be used with electromagnetic brakes. In addition, from a technical point of view, synchronous motors do not require the use of backstops.

Advantages

 

The oil-immersed electric drum is lubricated with oil during work. Compared with other reducers, the lubrication conditions of transmission components are more perfect. As the drum body rotates during the movement, the gears in the drum take the oil and continuously pour it on the parts, so that the oil cools the drum and lubricates the parts.

Since the oil-cooled electric drum is used to place the motor and the reduction gear as a whole in the drum body, the main components are the motor and the reducer. In addition, the electric roller is used to support the conveyor belt and drive the conveyor belt. The moving roller body is used to support the front and rear axles of the electric drum itself, supporting members, and end covers connecting the drum body and the front and rear axles, glands, bearings, seals, etc.
