Features:
1. Compact design
Integrating the motor into the tube enables a compact conveyor system design.
2. High efficiency and energy saving
Brushless drive has braking energy recovery function. Conveyor systems do not require pneumatic or conventional drives, and such drives must operate continuously.
3. The application is extremely flexible
There are many models of HEGT rollers, which can be used in various types of different conveyor systems. For users, this means only a single interface, not multiple interfaces. Depending on the application area, PolyVee belts, round belts or timing belts can be used for force transmission. Nine gear ratios, you can choose the perfect speed and torque pairing. Electronic brake (zero position-movement-hold) can keep the conveyed goods in position even on the gravity conveyor.
4. Low noise
The use of decoupling elements enables low-noise operation.
5. Maintenance free and easy installation
The drive with internal commutation electronics does not require any maintenance. Equipped with overload protection device to prevent damage caused by overheating or blockage. It is reliably connected via a motor cable with a 5-pin snap-in plug, without complicated screw connections.
Application:
Used to drive unit handling conveyor systems, such as transporting cartons, bins, press plates or tires at normal ambient temperatures. It is suitable for linear conveyors and small belt conveyors, especially zero-pressure accumulation conveyors. It can also be used in shuttle systems to align conveyor sections or transfer machines with other “conveyor system branches”.

Before trial installation, these values may have a maximum deviation of ± 20%. After the commissioning phase, 95% of all rollers used are within ± 10%.
Specifications
The minimum reference length depends on the gearbox model, the groove in the tube, and the drive or bearing assembly. Sufficient axial clearance has been reserved, so only the actual track width between the side profiles is required.
When using a tapered hexagonal spring shaft, it must be ensured that the axial clearance is not too high. If the selected roller is too short, the shaft may create play in the hexagonal hole. It is recommended to use hexagonal holes with a minimum size of 11.2 mm. If the roller is installed at an angle, the fastening holes must be enlarged accordingly.
RL = Reference length / order length
EL = Installation length, inner diameter between side profiles
